You add the file systems to be exported to  the /etc/exports file and then
type exportfs  -a  this will allow your machine to export the specified 
file systems. Then go to the "other" machine and create a dir and mount the
exported file system from the 3240. If you are not running RISCos 4.50 then
you don't need to execute exportfs -a. Take a look at the man page for exportfs
anyway.
