I have some questions.  I installed the 4.3bsd's UUCP on Sequent S27.
But, "acucntrl" program is NOT installed.  I think that I want to use
the uucp line as dial inout (automatically) . Please let me know some
advises.

About tty performance, uucp at 19200 baud cannot use. (9600 baud is OK.)
My sequent system is supported 16 lines. How does the performance improve?
(adding terminal multiplexor board ?)
