I just installed 4.1 for my SPARCServer 4/490 and Emacs loses big.  This
is not the typical core dumping problem this is a problem with RSH.

Why on earth does rsh think it should do flow control.  This is TOTALLY
bogus.  I can't use ^S & ^Q because stupid RSH thinks it should be doing
flow control.  IMHO no program should try and do flow control this is an
OS job not a program job.  Now I have to use telnet to do emacs at least
they didn't break that.  

By the way my ALM is totally screwed up under 4.1 anyone know anything
about this?
