Does anyone know the proper setting of the "cache" value in format.dat for
Conner CP-3200 drives in SPARCstation 1+'s?  Also of interest: when is
that value used?  Is it stored on the disk by format?  In the super-block
by newfs?  Or read from format.dat later?
