Subject: Per-chapter tables of contents with LaTeX?

I want each chapter of a large document to begin with
a copy of the table of contents for just that chapter
(some of Microsoft's manuals do this, for example).

Has anyone done a LaTeX style that handles this?
Short of that, any advice on coercing LaTeX to do
this would be appreciated.
