Does anybody has problem using PicTeX with LaTeX?  I am running LaTeX version
2.95.  I got the PicTeX from gatekeeper.dec.com ftp site.  I am having real
problem with positioning the picture drawing inside the LaTeX document.

I was tring to use the pair \midinsert and \endinsert, it complains about
"unrecognized control sequence".  I used the pair $$, the space is not big
enough.  I used \setcoordinatesystem to move the picture around, but only part
of the picture is moved. 

Any clue to these problems?
