First of sorry for not having a decent reference line, vnews yeah I
have complained to site admin, sometimes followsup to the wrong
article as in this case.

Anyway, to the person having a problem with opening up a third xterm 
window, I have a couple of questions:
	1. What level of AIX and X Windows are you running?
	2. Do you have enough ptys (use device command for more)?
If it is not a pty problem (try the aixterm command and tell us if there
is an error message), the answers to question 1 may help in problem
determination.
