	Basically, I'm interested in knowing if there's a network socket
dedicated to a conference talk connection, and what software and standards
exist for it.  Are there any RFC's?  Is there software for a daemon, like
talkdaemon?  Or is it just "open season" as far as what any site wants to
implement?
