These ioctls don't seem to work under ESIX D.  I get an "Invalid
argument" back when I try to run them.  Looking in kd.h,
they're commented as "Xenix keyboard and display ioctl's."  Any other
ESIX people get this to work?

Just wanting to make ^2 generate a NUL for emacs...
