(We selected Foxbase+ for several reasons including programming familiarity with dBase III+.) The multi-user features in fox+ is very new to us. The manual described the process and commands, but gave poor examples. This left me with a general overview of the multi-user commands and little knowledge on proper usage. I have a small address book program (ported from dbase) which I would like to have several users access concurrently while applying appropriate file & record locks. Would someone out there in netland send me a simple fox+ program, using multi-user features, so I can study it and use as a guide for our program? Please e-mail.
