	Emacs was running fine under version 3.1 of Ultrix.
After I installed 4.0, the problems started.  Emacs will work mostly,
but will lock up in some cases.  For example if you use ^v at the end
of the file, the end of buffer message will appear and then it will
lock up.  ^c & ^z will do nothing.  This is on a VAX 8650 if
that matters.  All suggestions are welcome!!!
