   I recently FTPed three communications programs from
   CICA.CICA.INDIANA.EDU's PUB/PC/WIN3/UTIL directory. I will be
   downloading them and testing them soon. Maybe one of them (UC, QVT,
   WN100K) will work with our PBX.
 
   Whilest browsing CICA I noticed a program called TWEAK.ZIP, reputed
   to boost the effective resolution of normal VGA adapters/monitors.
   Anyone care to post a review the this utility? Any disclaimers?
   Problems? What does it do and how fast does it do it?
 
   I also noticed a few "free memory" utilities (METZ-FM, KF200,
   FREEMEM3). Any experienced users care to post a review of these? Any
   shortcomings? Problems? Disclaimers?
