I am doing a conversion of a highly complex application which runs under  
MS Windows 1.0 (hard to believe) to Windows 3.0.   If anyone has ever
converted from 1.0 to 3.0 I would appreciate any info. you could share
regarding problems I may encounter, differences between the releases.
The SDK for 3.0 does explain what I need to do to convert from a Windows
2.0 application.  However, it would also be helpful for me to know what
the differences are between Windows 1.0 and 2.0 (if there are any intermediate
steps I need to do here also).
