I have successfully changed the icons in program manager to different
ones than the MS shipped ones.  But somehow, I couldn't quite
figure out why they turned into the default <dos> icons when I used
<esc>-<alt> to switch to other processes.  There got to be a problem
somewhere.  Thanks in advance for any enlights on the matter.
