 The man pages for Tgif has a section on Latex Figure Formats,  I tried to
 follow this but unsuccessfully.  The documentation refers to something ca
lled:
 "psfig sepcial construct" and then a reference is made to it

 \input{psfig}

 \end{figure*}

 Could someone tell me what this psfig file is.  I belive it should be a
 latex file but I can't find it.
