	I am looking for a tutorial on imake. I would like something 
	more detailed than the man page and the README on the config
	directory in the MIT distribution. The idea is to have something
	that explains in detail the relitionship of the *cf, *def, *tmpl,
	Imakefiles, imake, and finally the Makefiles. 

	The ximake man page lists under SEE ALSO a document written
	by Mark Moraes called An Imake Tutorial. Where could I get a
	copy of it? Does anybody have a copy ot it?
