There is a magazine in Canada called Ability.  I have seen a few
issues and it looks very interesting.  It deals with problems like
accessibility, housing, different funding system and how to apply
for them.  I think it is published in Toronto, but am not sure.
May be J.P. Beland or Al Manning can give you more information.
The last time I saw one of the magazines was during the National
Access Awareness Week.
