I have just loaded a file called AUD.ZIP which contains a demo program for the 
blind non vocal that enables them to communicate via an IBM compatible.

I will be loading more programs for other disabled as time goes by.

The programs are available for distribution as a public service to the 
disabled of Australia.

I have Motor Neurone Disease and would be happy to communicate with anyone 
with the same or similar - MS for example.

I also feel that "There is no such thing as a disabled person, only people 
with disabilities" - trite but true!
