Floria, I agree people are not handicapped, ideas are. A handicap tends 
to make one think of what is not possible, not what IS possible. The 
Un/Limited deals with ones abilities but you and I are responsible for 
putting those abilites forth. We are Blessed with the ability to make 
that understood and if we don't use it, we will not be doing our job. I 
would appreciate any input you have. Although I cannot guarantee 
publication I can guarantee a receptive audience of my staff. Thanks...
