I bought about a month ago the toshiba 1200hb lap top and put the sounding board lt in it I have flipper and vocal eyes speech software on the hard drive. If you want to have a lap top without having to carry other stuff along that limmits your choices to the sounding board or the accent for lap tops. I am not crazy about either board but for the portability I will put up with the poorer quality speech rendered by the s s i 263 chip. tandy ...
