I have been looking for a recipe for pasta noodles that does not require
eggs. So far, I haven't had any luck. The closest I came was "Joy of
Cooking" which says that other than egg noodles, pasta isn't usually
made in the home because the ingredients are hard to come by. I don't
mind mail ordering semolina if that is what is necessary. Thanks in 
advance to anyone who knows (and posts ;). (BTW, I do have a pasta maker).
