I'm a Bisquik fan, so for crepes, I make very thin pancake batter and add sugar and vanilla. For the filling, wash and slice the peaches thin (no need to peel). Saute them in butter, sprinkling with sugar, for just a minute or two. If the peaches are very ripe, they won't need much sugar or cooking time. If they're less ripe, use more sugar and cook until they're soft. One large peach will do for two servings, unless you're greedy. --Rod
