In the interest of improving scientific knowledge, currently 16 genes have been located on the Y chromosome. Looking at _Cytogenetics and Cell Genetics_, Human Gene Mapping Workshop reports (HGM) 10 (1989) and 10.5 (Sept. 6-10, 1990, in progress) will list some of these genes.
