I have a toy car with a solid state motor controller. The FETs are blown and the factory wants almost the same price to replace them as a new controller. The controller is made by Futaba and the FETs are in a TO-220 package. The only number on the package that doesn't look like a date code is the characters: S110. Any help on this would be appreciated. Thank you, John.
