I'm looking for a drop-in replacement EPROM for a TI 24SA10 PROM.  The
24SA10 is also cross-referenced as:

AMD 27S20
Fuji 7113E
MMI 63S140
National 7610
Signetics 82S126

It's 1K (256x4) OC output PROM, 16 pins.  I don't have the pinout
for the chip, nor any way to look up EPROMS, so any info would be
helpful.
