     The biggest FIFO I have seen data for is the IDT7M206 at 16K by 9.  It
is a multichip module and will cost big $$$.  You could do the same thing
yourself with the common .5/1/2/4... K monolithic FIFO's, which have a depth
expansion mechanism.  (IDT is Integrated Device Technology, 408-727-6116).
