However, you are correct about the coming days as a fulfilling of prophesy. You may find some of the Catholic prophesies of the middle ages instructive. The modern aparitions of Mary show that these days will be terrible, though they have been put off as long as possible (according to the reputed Secret of LaSallette). The topic is fascinating, and very depressing if you realize we have to live it. If it weren't for divine aid, comfort and ultimate victory it would not be worth it.
