I just checked the situation on tesla.ee.cornell.edu

They have the following are probably v5.19 binaries:

tcsh.rs6000-aix3.1
tcsh.sun4-sunos4.1

I have now made the following binaries available for ftp on

	Mach/4.3 #5.1(I386o): Sat Aug 25 17:58:58 EDT 1990; sys/STD+WS-afs-nfs (x29.mach.cs.cmu.edu)
