If you want an *authoritative* list, you are out of luck:  that information
is not available.  The IEEE address registry considers the list confidential,
presumably to protect the identities of companies that have requested
addresses but not yet announced products using them.

Lists compiled by observation do exist, but it is important to realize that
by their nature, they are neither complete nor entirely reliable.
