They lived up to their good reputation. The tech dude spent about half an hour trying to make my modem generate V.32 answer tones. The reseat-the-daughterboard trick did NOT work. Resolution: They're sending us a replacement T2500. When it arrives, we'll send our modem with an RMA number on the box.
