They're a bunch of hoopy froods. I just had a 2500 go bad myself. Same symptoms as everyone else is reporting (works fine in PEP, but no luck in V.32). It took me several days to get through to Telebit tech support. They seem to be busy folks. Once I got though, they were very helpfull. They fixed my modem in two days with 'normal' priority. I was able to get 'same day' service when one of my Telebits failed earlier this year. Moral: I agree with you.
