It cannot be used for calls within a foreign country (I was in the UK early this year). Also, it cannot be used for calls between foreign countries. [Moderator's Note: You are partly wrong. The AT&T card can be used between two countries other than the USA in the case of Japan. And in fact, I think in the case of Japan to somewhere (other than USA) you don't even use the '1M' international number ... just the regular calling card number and PIN. PAT]
