Does anyone have a description of the CGM metafile file format?  Even better,
does anyone have utilities that can import and export between that and
something useful like PBM, Tiff, PCX, rasterfile etc..?

The immediate problem is importing stuff into Harvard Graphics... other
solutions for that are welcome also.
