Does anyone know of any filters that will do the following:

In: PCX or TIFF or PCL or EPS 

Out: GIF or XWD or PPM

I need to preserve color information so the PGM tools are
not useful. 

My ultimate goal is to display HP Gallery files in an X window
so I would appreciate any help in that direction.
