     When I installed Windows 3 on my machine, the setup program found TURBO by
itself and built the PIF automatically.

     I have never programmed Windows myself but I work with some people who do.
My impression is it's real gory AND requires the development kit.  I would be
ecstatic if Turbo 6 supported Windows. (Real support, not just declarations
for things in the SDK like JPI Mod2 2.x).
