It's developed at Berkeley but the EECS/ERL Software Distribution office doesn't have it. Any comments about DELIGHT or Ecstasy (similar to DELIGHT.SPICE?) would also be appreciated. Information on other optimization software such as U. of Waterloo's WATOPT(?) would also help.
