Where do all of you get your copies of E & S and is their some trick to
it? For the past 8 weeks I have had it on order at a local bookstore (
Software ETC...) and they have ordered it from Adison Westly at least
five times and gotten no response. Is there a mail order place where I
can be assured of getting a copy or anything like that?
