In the german version of the "Microsoft System Journal" there
was a series of articles (including source code on floopy) covering
that. It includes dialog boxes, list boxes, edit fields, supports
mice (with their own driver, so it won't work with SuperVGA and their
special text-modes, I guess). This series of articles was called:

	SAA in C

which means the same in german as in english.
I myself missed the first 3 or 4 parts, but they have put the
complete source code for the first 7 parts on a floppy which was included
with the 7th part.

I don't know about the copyright for these articles and whether I may
post it or not, but this series will be published in a book with
source code on floppies included. I don't know the ISBN number, yet,
mostly because it is not published. The new source code will, of
course, have fewer bugs than the version in the journal.
That should not indicate, that there are a lot of bugs in the code
already published. I did find just one (didn't report it and have
not checked whether it is still in the last version :-( ).
