We are considering the purchase of a Maxtor Read/Write optical disk
for use on a Sun 3/60 or SPARCStation 1+. I would like to know if
anyone has had any experience with this drive. Was it good or bad?
Also, are you using any special drivers? Any comparisons between
the Maxtor and the SONY drive would be helpful.
