I have never tried one of them on a Sun, but I have one running nicely
on my PC.

Test jumpers (leave on): JP21, JP43, JP41, J91-J94
JP42: Install for write protect
JP44: Install for spin up on power on
JP83: ID0  JP84: ID1  JP85: ID2  Install for 1, remove for 0
JP86: Parity enable
JP87: Power-up delay, 13 seconds * SCSI ID
JP82: Host supplies terminator power
JP81: Drive supplies terminator power

J2: Pin 1, LED Anode.  Pin 2, LED Cathode,  Pin 4, Write protect,  Pin 5, GND

Let me know if you get it working.
