I'll base my comments on this premise, however, if you simply wish to use INT14H as it was intended by IBM, then skip to the list below. The interrupt 14 hex interface is supported by a large number of terminal emulator and LAN vendors. The interface is described technically in the IBM technical references for the PC and AT. Having been originally designed for asynch chips, the INT14H interface is functionally quite limited. As a result, some LAN vendors have introduced extensions to the interface that may prevent a terminal emulator unfamiliar with the extensions from using it. In any case, here are the names of some terminal emulators that know about INT14H: Reflections 2, Walker Richer & Quinn, Inc. (206)-324-0350 Softerm PC, Softronics, (800)-225-8590 SmartTerm 220, Persoft (don't have the number) Nestor. -- =-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-= Nestor A.
