Was it not stated repeatedly on the net a couple or few months ago by
Commodore folks that:
   1) The name "AMIX" is gone, because AT&T now allows use of the
      name "UNIX" (they did not before)
   2) It is the same thing, though, whether called "AMIX" or "UNIX": SV.R4
      (System V, Release 4)
   3) X Window support would be included.

The bottom line would appear to be that "AMIX" is dropped in name only;
Commodore fully intends to release and support UNIX SysV for the Amiga.
The only change is that now it can be called "UNIX".
