Couple weeks ago, we (a college bookstore of San Jose State) had a meeting
with Commodore about the possibility of carrying Amigas.  The Commodore Sales
Manager of the Western States stated that the beta version of Amiga Unix is
out!  She also mention Virginia Junior Polytech, a respectable poly college,
require all Comp.Sci. students purchase an miga 3000 with Unix in Fall 1990,
instead of a Mac II('s).  Also, the shipment to the Treasury Department also
consists of Amiga Unix (beta).  Therefore, the Unix for Amiga is actually out
unofficially.
