I'm looking into buying a 2400bps modem, but I don't have that much
money.  From some of the mail-order firms, I've found Supra modems
(external) for as low as $99.  I know that it's Hayes-compatible.

I've also seen something called the Aprotek 2400 MiniModem.  Any
thoughts on it?  Is it reliable?  Is it Hayes compatible?  I can get
my hands on it brand new for < $80!
