It has been brought to my attention that /incoming/amiga/Oktaplayer.lzh
on abcfd20.larc.nasa.gov may not be freely distributable.  None of the
files in the archive contain a copyright notice (at least not a plain
ASCII one, keep that in mind if you power-pack things...)

I'm forced to err on the side of caution (though I hate to) and protect
the file from downloads until I have some kind of reasonable evidence
one way or the other...
