It is if you can manage to get a copy!  They're still having problems with
their delivery system that they have to straighten out.  I've talked to a
number of subscribers who've had less than satisfactory experience with their
subscriptions.  They still have to get that part of their act together and
find an alternate means of delivering copies to subscribers.
