It's a SYS file, which makes its use from some shells inconvenient. It has most of the standard features (though the invocations of some were designed by aliens on Callisto...) It's in the listserv@brownvm.brown.edu; in files 88-00601 and 88-00604. And it is, as one might expect, free.
