It serves as an excellent diagnositc program for the IIgs, as well as for other Apple IIs. It tests EVERYTHING, or just what you want. Anyone from Apple - can we post it, or isn't that allowed? Finally, note that I found one problem Apple II diagnostics COULDN'T diagnose - About a month ago, I was working for a local Apple dealer at a seminar for 70 teachers who were using brand new IIgs's (unpacking them and testing them). On about 5 or 6 out of 10 machines, the serial ports passed all of Apple's tests and still printed garbage when connected to a real printer. And it was NOT the printer; we tried that. ----------------- Jeffrey Hutzelman America Online: JeffreyH11 Internet/BITNET:jh4o+@andrew.cmu.edu, jhutz@drycas.club.cc.cmu.edu >> Apple // Forever!!! <<
