Well, sending them out 2nd rate is no safer than bulk rate, as far as the post office losing them. They still all go out the door at the same time. Also, 2nd rate costs alot more than bulk rate and would have to be added to the cost of the magazine. Would you expect A+/Incider to send 2nd class?
