Neocept is not answering their phone; hence this note.
What files must be resident on Wordup version 3.0 disk 5?

Unfortunately, I returned my disk 5 to Neocept when they requesed that
I do so, without making a backup on a floppy disk.  My backup is on
a hard disk.  The problem is that the install program requests that
I insert floppy disk 5, but when I do so the install pgm does not
recognize disk 5.  My disk 5 was created by copying files from my
hard drive to a floppy; I copied the files which the readme file
indicated should be present on disk 5, but I assume that something
must be missing.  I've tried some possibilities, but to no avail.
